Here, the childhood memories of my father, tending to animals and living in sync with the land, have blossomed into a vibrant testament to the rhythms of farm life.
The Foundation of Our Farm
In 2018, we embarked on a journey to rekindle a connection with these roots, planting the first seeds of what would become a diverse orchard in Mundelein, IL. Our orchards, home to over 100 unique apple varieties, and our quaint vegetable gardens, are a tribute to the past and a beacon for the future.

Our story deepened in 2020 as we expanded into the pastoral landscapes of Woodstock, IL, embracing the pastoral art of raising animals and nurturing the land. This expansion was not merely about growth but about fulfilling a mission to bring wholesome, directly accessible food to our community.
