When will my order arrive?

Your estimated delivery date will be provided while shopping and again at checkout. Our delivery day is Wednesday each week!

How is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your items. Orders are placed in insulated boxes with cooler packs, ensuring products remain frozen during transit. For local home delivery, your products will be delivered in a paper bag for added convenience.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Absolutely! Our packaging materials are made from recycled plastics and can be recycled curbside.

Who will deliver my order?

Delivery depends on your location. It will either be FedEx or, for local areas, our own delivery team.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

No problem. If you're not available, the driver will leave the package at your door. For local deliveries, we recommend leaving a cooler outside your door if you won't be home. Please ensure to unpack your box as soon as possible on the day of delivery.

What if my meat arrives thawed?

While we aim to keep meat frozen in transit, if any item does thaw, it can safely be refrozen for later use or stored in the fridge.

Why is there a $100 minimum order for home delivery?

To ensure your order remains frozen during transit, we require a minimum amount of frozen products. There is no order minimum for local deliveries.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged once we've packed your order and have the final weights of the cuts, as meat cuts can vary in weight.

Why is my total an estimate?

Since each cut of meat varies in weight, we charge by the exact weight. Your final charge is made after your meat is packed and before it's delivered.

Am I guaranteed my order?  What if something is out of stock?

As a small family farm, we harvest seasonally and manage our inventory carefully, but some items may occasionally run out. If this happens, we will adjust your final total accordingly.

What if I'm not satisfied? Can I return my order?
